I know I am always modifying or deleting something on mine. I guess thats what turns it into a "hobby" always tweaking it, making it better. Youre almost there, keep up the good work!

looking back on my project I wish I would have used a paint gun. I went the rattle can route, and they dont go very far. I ended up spending about 3 times as much to spray paint than if I would have used a gun. Plus I went thru a ton of cans way more than I thought I would. You get a better end...

They came from Amazon, just 12 volt waterproof led with sticky back(13.00). The led had a quick power connector on the one end. I had the male side in my electrical parts tool box. Also, I covered them with a marine grade shrink tube/clear(12.00)
I bought the new boots on Amazon, and they came with absolute worst hose clamps. I upgraded to actual stainless CV boot clamps. The old rubber was cracking from being exposed to the sun. All better now !

Sweet build, I have a 99 gsxr 750 in my buggy. Like you said just because it'll do 100 doesnt mean you need to. I geared mine really low with a HUGE 70 tooth rear sprocket, my top speed it 75mph. Being 15 inches off the ground 75 feels like 135
