110cc Single Tao Motor with 3 speed trans. What axle-sprocket tooth count should I run?

Sounds like a workable idea. Do you have the ability to drill and tap it for the appropriate fittings, as well as a port for filling and a vented cap to seal it.

    New go cart to me!

Welcome to the forum. You didn't really think there were catalogue parts available for that, did you? Most all parts are generic. If it fits, then it's the right one. All of the places mentioned in the post above by Denny will have everything your kart needs.

110cc Single Tao Motor with 3 speed trans. What axle-sprocket tooth count should I run?

So Jacka$$. Instead of sending us on some kind of search to another unrelated thread, why don't you just get out a tape measure or a yardstick and tell everyone thats trying to help answer your question, what is the diameter of your tires. How tall are the round rubber things your kart rolls on.

    Clutch smoking

Odom, the one you put in your post will work fine. Like Rat said, they're all the same. I have 4, from 3 different manufacturers and I can't tell the difference. When the belt that comes with it wears out, ( won't be long ) do like Denny suggest and buy a Comet brand belt. It cost around $25 and...

Predator 212 with mikuni style carb

Yes, just put a little filter on the tank vent, and let it vent to the atmosphere. When you say Makuni style, I assume its one of the cheap Chinese copies. I have two of them. One, I never could get it to run correctly. Put it back in the box and just run the stocker with a bigger jet. Runs real...

110cc Single Tao Motor with 3 speed trans. What axle-sprocket tooth count should I run?

I could be wrong, but I think most all go kart tires ( not wheels ) are a lot taller than 6". That's almost toy sized.

    Help me

So do bots pose questions just to waste our time, or is there some gratification on their end by trying to start a conversation. Like both of you have said, they always disappear. I don't understand their point. Is a bot and A I the same thing?

    Who built this death trap..

If it's from India or Nepal, might be everything that they had access to. Sounds like the engine is winding up pretty good. I wouldn't drive it, but I'm not from India or Nepal.

110cc Single Tao Motor with 3 speed trans. What axle-sprocket tooth count should I run?

Tire diameter will have a lot to do with it. If the tire size on whatever you are putting this into is the same, or close to the ATV it came off of, then you should use the same size axle sprocket the ATV had. If tires are a lot smaller, then you can use a smaller axle sprocket. Figure out the...

    Why don't EV's have transmissions?

I never heard the complete explanation ( wasn't that interested ) but a while back, when Tesla made it's first car, a small two seat sports car, they unsuccessfully experimented with trying to incorporate a shifting transmission into the vehicle. For some reason ( which I don't understand ) a...

    Happy 427 Chevrolet day!!

Denny, pretty darn good eye for calling that out as a small block. It might measure out to 427 cubic inches, but it's not the REAL DEAL. It's not the one that made all the noise ( and horsepower ) back in the day. Down right proud of you. ( for a Chevy guy ).

    HI I'm Paul

Welcome to the forum. So you have a 720L and a 495b. Do you really think we all know what those are. It's not like you said I have a 57 Belair 2 door hard top. They just aren't quite that popular. That's why we want pictures. One of my four karts is a Manco. I couldn't tell you the model number...

I can't find a axel that has the cuffs/bearings 23&3/4th" apart anyone have a source?

You mount the bearings in the frame of the kart, ( pillow blocks) . Then slide the axle ( of whatever length you want ) through the bearings. Kinda simple.
