This really ain't that difficult. Do you have a 3/4 hub/wheel set you want to use? A 6203 bearing has a 17 MM bore, so that would fit yer 17MM spindle. If you can find the ID of the hub where the bearing goes, (or the OD of the bearing that fits said hub) then all ya need is a bushing. (maybe)...
