Looking for info on a jc Penney model 1417

Just got this in a load of engines and parts and hoping to find someone with info on this. I know it's just a part of it but it's a belt driven to sprocket drive 3 speed transmission with reverse. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry, I don't have a clue to what you have there. But I just love the floor shifter.
Looks like what would have been in a pre-war Ford.

Ya I couldn't find anything anywhere online I think it's pretty old and small number manufactured. Mainly was hoping for a model for keywords to list it under when I put it up for sale. I'd probably keep it if I had the time to do something with it.
