Now that you know you can build a successfully moving kart. Take it apart and build a better one. A safer one.
Now you KNOW you CAN do it. We can advise you on how to do it safely.

might still want some castor to have good control at speed.

Guys this is just a prototype. It’s all getting changed and the chassis is gonna get more supports and an actual steering wheel and go kart tires.

Might be worth it to scrap it for parts and rebuild a new, better frame. The galvanized coating (grey stuff) is toxic when you weld on it.
