8mm pitch 5/8 shaft clutch 10 tooth?

10T is unlikely.. I think you'll need like 14 to wrap around if I'm not mistaking

in any case.. 8mm chain I don't think you'll be happy with,
een IF it's strong enough (which I doubt mostly) it's not the easiest to find..

soo maybe you want to swap to 219 chain (smaller pitch, racing kart standard and options are plenty...) just saying

the back sprocket on the go- kart is a 60 tooth 8mm pitch which seems to be a common size for 50 cc mini bike/go kart engines.
attached is a picture of the 2 speed scooter gearbox I retrofitted.
The B/S engine is more of a classic model (too bad it's only 2 hp). The kart is very light though and I'm only around 132 IB. I don't know If I could find a fitting back sprocket of a larger size, and a B/S 2 hp could probabbly just handle it.

Pictures, also any idea of the kart model, I know they come with 50cc 2 strokes stock, which give surprising power
