Early 80cc hammer head I have recently purchased .

Early 80cc hammer head.
I got for my sons birthday have replaced brake calipers brake master cylinder.
And carb .
Got brakes up and running he used it for two hours and now will not start.
Have replaced fuel with 96 octane
In NZ we have 96 or 91 .
New carb is out of USA .
Not sure where to go from here
Have spark fuel at drain on carb .
Turns over but won’t start
