Wow. Disturbing video. No taillight in the dark on a road. Kid with no helmet, wearing shorts, on a very top-heavy ride. I despise harshing anybody's groove, but that was all wrong and I have to say it. Apologies.

My daughter has been riding the crap out of her little scooter
...but, it quit working a couple of days ago :ack2:

The dash wouldn't light up, the meter wasn't working & it wouldn't go

Daughter: DAD my scooter is not working
Me: OK let me check 'er out

Exam & diagnosis:
Took off the battery cover & took a look at the SC wiring & connectors
...everything looks OK

So, I "opened up" the dash
...& Hmmm...this doesn't look right

Looks like that loose red wire "used to" goes here (with that other red wire)

Loose Wire Test:
* I "tap touched" the red wire to the suspected, previous location
...& Jualla the dash lit up
...& everything seemed to be back to working :bannana:

Repair:
I could try-n-solder it back
...but, doing so may de-solder the other wire
...& then, we will have more issues to deal with

So, Ima just gonna bypass the soldered connection on the circuit board
...& just connect the loose wire to the other red wire (twisted & then soldered) :cheers2:

...& added some electrical insulation

Success: :sifone:

...& the Under Glow lights (Orange Cloud) still work too :)
