New to this building stuff. I’m a certified welder

Ok so my father wants a bucket truck but can’t afford one. Now I’m a certified welder I can build him a smaller version of his dream. But don’t really know how or where to start. I’m planning on building him a 3 seater bucket truck kart. Paint it and all and possibly show it when I’m done. But don’t know where to start. I have a zx600r motor and all the feats and transmission and wiring I plan on using to do this. If anybody can point me in the right direction on a diy frame to build that would be awesome

Do it out of a pickup truck. Because a Gokart chassis will not be heavy enough.
