Would I like a 440cc Electric Start Engine for $255 Shipped?
Probably. Not sure what refurbished means in this case? He has a 15 of them.

One of the negative reviews said the air filter assembly was not the original one as pictured, and had a dent in the fan shroud. My bet is he's getting ones that were damaged coming over from China (usually broken plastic bits) and replacing them with close-but-not-quite parts.
