Cut it off. That's what I had to do on my Streaker. If the angle grinder doesn't fit, use a Dremel with a cutting disk.

350w motor? Not on a Kart. Scooter, powerwheels, definitely. Bicycle maybe, but not with the #25 chain. A kart will just be too heavy...
