First build. All started with researching those stupid 30$ mini trike adds.
Asked the old lady what she thought, and she gave me a budget three times what i was planning on...
Let the build begin!

Had a fair bit of axle flex, and kept kicking the chain if i got on it too hard from a dig.
Piss poor chain alignment probably dident help any ither...

No sleeves yet...kinda went over budget.
Pavement, like a school bus...
Offroad, its got enough engine to drift,or wheelie depending on where you throw your weight.

In the 3rd picture it looks like you added a 3rd bearing in the middle of the axle. Did that help with the throwing of the chain?

Id like to think the third axle bearing helped, but i also ditched the Tsquare i had been using to eyeball centerline.

Before the third bearing, i could see the axle flexing when i would stand and jump on the chassis. Betting that flex had alot to do with excessive distance between the wheels and the chassis.
Probably more likely to bend the axle towards the ends now that the center of the axle cant move around anymore.

Added more weight than i wanted, but fairly comfortable.

Started working on a chain guard. Still playing around with mounting brackets, has to be able to move side to side, and up and down.
Still working on wrapping my head around that one...

Forgive me,i turn wrenches on your fullsized vehicles and heavy equipment.
Primary drive, are you talking about the Moosun torque converter, or the super 30 driver (the juggernaut)?

Honestly man, your looking at alot of fake it till ya make it,and hours of mostly useless internet searches!

Was under the impression the 30 series drivers dident function as well during higher rpms.
Probably time to start reading up on tuning these torque converters, build is in the last couple steps before addressing some welds and paint.
