And in just a few minutes its been disassembled...
Time to dress some of these pisspore welds and get some paint on it.

I need to box in the engine plate, stupid thing twists like a wet noodle.
Mechanical brake will need a brace to keep it from flexing.

Anybody see anything that should be reinforced, or major point of failure.
Now is the perfect time for a lil more welding...

Its been cold and breezy lately, finally got a nice day though. Probably gunna have to finish up in sections working around the weather.
After a few days staring at the frame, it was just too much black.

Been raining and snowing lately, but finally got a break in the weather and some paint on.
Hope painting the driver wont retain too much heat, skipped the primer and basecoat... soo it will probably just come off anyways.

Dident think id get it put back together this year, but a week of 50 degree weather was just what i needed.
Now to get rid of the leftover red. And a suspension fork for the front is on the way,too bad ill have to relace the wheel around a new hub... but thats indoor stuff!

Jae roughneck,........this three-wheeler looks great..... I've been working on a three- wheel mini chopper this year myself, (slow going).
Anyways I just got the rear axle back from the machine shop. So, I hope to finish soon.

Two questions did you make the chain tensioner yourself, ....or did you buy it, if so, where?
Also I am using a manual disk brake caliper but, with a rod and foot pedal. I was going to use a hand lever but didn't.
I'm wondering how well does the hand lever work, with the manual disk brake caliper?...............Thanks.

Your project looks really good. I like that gas tank.
